Privacy notice
How we handle the information you share with us. Last updated 4 October 2026.
Your project enquiry
When you send an enquiry, Westmark London Construction receives your name, email address, optional telephone number and the project information you enter. We use these details to review your requirements, respond to your enquiry and discuss possible work. Sending the form does not subscribe you to marketing or create a construction contract.
Your enquiry is stored in Westmark's Wix Forms workspace and can create a contact record for follow-up. Wix provides our website hosting, form storage and related technical services. Access to enquiry submissions is restricted to the site owner and authorised collaborators. Do not include financial account details, identification documents or other sensitive personal information in your project outline.
Files and links you share
You can share drawings by link, by email or by uploading up to three PDF, JPG or PNG files with your enquiry. Files are checked in your browser before they are sent, and our upload service only accepts PDF, JPG or PNG files of up to 10 MB. Uploaded files are stored in Westmark's Wix Media library and a link to them is attached to your enquiry. Links you send are not opened automatically. [How long uploaded files are kept will be confirmed here.]
Using this website
Wix may process technical information, including connection details and security records, to operate and protect the website. The site uses essential platform services. Fonts are served from this website. The map on the homepage loads map data from OpenFreeMap (based on OpenStreetMap), so your browser's IP address is sent to that service when the map is shown. We have not added advertising pixels or optional marketing analytics.
Questions about your information
You can ask about your enquiry, request a correction or ask for your information to be deleted by emailing info@westmarkconstruction.co.uk with "Privacy request" in the subject, or by using the enquiry form and choosing "Something else" as the service. Please give the email address used for the original enquiry. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Westmark London Construction is a trading name of West Mark London Ltd (company number 14472588), registered office 136 Clayton Road, Hayes, UB3 1BL, which is responsible for the information you share. A dedicated privacy contact and formal retention schedule will be added here once confirmed.
